For a family problem, I bought a pack of 10, but not smoked it until the next day .. day 5 or 6 smoked only cigarettes ..

Overall, since the first day, I smoked about 50 cigarettes during the period of 2 weeks .. and then left in overnight ...
Anyway, what I could try?, Psychologically and gradually began to relate to new situations in my daily cigarette !!!.. and therefore, was adding to the amount of daily cigarette smoking ... until it almost got to 10 a day! (Used to smoke 20 a day!)

Psychological Effects "? .. The first day took a little bit, especially in the morning, and it was time that relates to the first cigarette of the day, which in the last there were three! .. However, there was only ONE DAY NO SMOKING, which helped me to not feel like the rest of the days! .. INCREDIBLE!
Conclusion: The Nicotine does not cause smoke, but that addiction is purely psychological!, although nicotine effects on the body and it shows when more is not given, the more nicotine is given, the greater the effect of withdrawal .
