How difficult is the life of ex-smoker! Quit

some time ago that I do not smoke and withdrawal symptoms of nicotine disappeared as I said before, a few weeks after quitting, however, there are certain days when I'm about to smoke! .. Obviously it is the psychological dependence that makes me think I need the cigarette to pass the time, or to get a lift, etc, etc. ..
unconsciously, the idea smoke comes and goes in my mind, and becomes hard to say NO! , because every time the brain makes up false excuses to try to make me smoke even a puff, like " Stay up to the test, smoke a cigarette! ", " A single cigarette is not going to do anything! " "And if I buy cigars ?, with those I do not get smoke in your lungs! ", " The extremes are bad, cigarrillito one every so not bad! "
However, I know I'm an addict snuff and therefore must fight even harder! therefore, even if you have already read many times the first entry in this blog, every few days, I read it, to establish even stronger concepts which do not smoke anymore.
Thus, it is hard the life of ex-smoker!, The addictive person's life! .. but that does not have to allow falling back into addiction. We must be very happy that one can only smoking and all your industry!
