Farewell Party Invitstion

LA COSTA AT THE SEMINAR "MORE LOCAL GOVERNMENT"

What difficulties municipalities have today?

The municipality is a complex organization to manage and govern
In recent years local governments have been expanding the "scope" of its actions and passed to provide a range of basic services to address the issues in their community, more demanding citizens, though most do not have jurisdiction over them. This is how their actions extend to issues such as public safety, local economic development, international diplomacy, education and inclusion of children and youth, neighborhood mediation, the urban renewal, etc..

This situation requires the local government have more complex organizational structures, the more diverse capabilities, more planned and autonomous most reliable resources and response capacity.

The Municipality is an organization with skills shortages
The extent of the issues on which municipalities are concerned not only requires a process of political decision making, but also operational capabilities, economical, for making decisions, organizational knowledge and skills.

capabilities of the municipal organization, resources, levels of decision making and operational management should be structured in terms of goals, actions and new challenges that are marked local governments. Without work of all these perspectives is the municipality that resist a process of rapprochement with its neighbors in services and activities that improve their quality of life.

The City requires the construction of a draft
community where people find answers to their needs

Building community requires not only specific actions and projects but the ability to lead change and improvement processes quality of life of people. This is a task that requires the work of the entire municipal organization and a constant link with citizens to build responsible manner. From this point of view, is substantial rethink the ways to interact with citizens and restore the mechanisms of participation and communication.

What are the contributions of the seminar?

How Work Out The Possible Combination Calculator

20. Falta de internalidad.

Interrogantes en las Organizaciones.jpg
few years ago I had the opportunity to read an article that presented a summary of failures that had paralyzed the normal development of certain operations Public Organization. Many uncertainties, and inaccuracies caused inaccuracies in the measures used, with the loss of valuable resources of time and finances. These questions had to be identified administrative and operational as soon as possible. Therefore, The idea was to locate the causes of the malfunction, to take immediate corrective action, which never took, because of public bureaucracy and paperwork of permanent changes of supervisory personnel from Regional Government High confidence that the disease will always be public enterprises, where political patronage makes such companies synonymous with "inefficient firms, and in some cases" inoperative companies "to reach total bankruptcy.
remember one of the reasons mentioned in this report, and that the sun today I have seen so often in all types of businesses, you could say it is cancer of the organizations. If I remember correctly, That report called this problem: "The lack of internality, and experience working on my sites I will provide arguments to explain in more didactic than I can, through the development of subsequent paragraphs.
The lack of internality relates to the conduct of persons not to see them any responsibility for things they have done, but thinks it is the responsibility of others. What is critical is that others feel the same. The consequence is that things end up not getting, or getting worse, because nobody wants to take responsibility.

And as illustrated in the accompanying figure, in such an environment, there is no room for other less harmful attitudes. This is the case of mutual accusations which is not done. Every one says to another as responsible, and thus becomes a vicious circle of inaction, where all cash is the ability to point to another. Then I give a video that perfectly caricatured the statement, check it out:

really, really, really, it's real impressive ineffectiveness drama seen in the video, as a result of the lack of internality of each employee.
I think there is sufficient as illustrated, but I want to add a metaphor, I believe that employees suffer from "lack of internality "should learn from the ants. How so?.
As it happens that from my childhood, I felt admiration for the" instinct "of cooperation that prevails between the ants. Without having remarkable powers of human reason in Instead, they have the instinct to unite all to provision their nest. Exercising argumentative relax, I can not see any ant saying: What do the others, because it's not up to me at all, because if that happens, just not could survive, and in companies where no sense of cooperation prevelece of ants, simply can not survive!.
varita mágica.jpg But if we took our video supplied to the syndrome of "lack of internality" is so serious that even when you have a disproportionate fire in your company, if you think it's not your responsibility, let it burn your business. The video speaks for itself when it shows "heads" (?) As affected by this syndrome, who are fighting and accusing each other, and the fire on the rise. That is, are convinced that if they do not belong to them, "Do not make anything." Shame!, I would have a magic wand and make employees ants with that way of thinking, to learn something from these insects, learning would be when they stop being insects, will earn the right to employees must be respected as worthy. Of course, since there are no magic wands, but if the training and professional improvement, we must attack this problem with proper training.
The final part of the video presents an equally important message: when YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY!, You can put out the fire (fire metaphorically understood as any business problem.) Taking responsibility means deepening in my way of thinking and acting that for me to do as part of an organization, and I want to note that the organization called "family home" is also a lack of internality occurs in children who do not want "nor wash dish where they eat "because they have" internalized "the job as a staff function, a situation very recurrent in many homes.
The puppy video also makes a moral: some people want to provide solutions to the problem, but lack of decision making to attack the problem, "let the company on fire."
The lack of internality, is primarily a cultural problem-familiar, because they feel responsibility or even simple household chores, we want to pass it to others. Then, it is a problem "administrative egocentrism, which suggests that the supervisor is reducing or is losing prestige or authority, if it does things that do not belong.
is necessary to promote change, to start in the same house, which should be reading this post. While that change will not operate, we are not only unworthy insects, because even tiny insects such as ants, understand the message of nature that brings them together for the benefit of the entire group. Learning to work as a team of fellow compactly united, motivated and enthusiastic about what we do, is what will build "a successful business" in our workplace. But I repeat yet again: We need to internalize our thinking and acting, the actions of team unity and purpose.

How Does A Resale Licenses Look

ARGENTINA / memorial to those killed in the Falklands War Argentine

HUGOSIES-02/2011
Apr. 02 (Télam) .- The president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner will headline the main event in honor of Veterans Day and Memorial in the Falklands War in Rio Gallegos. The head of state will speak to the whole country on national TV.
On completion of the landing 29 years, the Government considers the "Malvinas Question" and the claim of sovereignty over the islands as a state policy, and in that sense, he favors the search for a resumption of negotiations with the United Kingdom in order to achieve a peaceful solution to the dispute.
The main ceremony is scheduled for 12, with the presence of former soldiers and families of fallen soldiers in the Falklands from across the country, an act for which the President reaffirmed Argentina's sovereignty over the island territory.
The first transitional provision of the Constitution states that Argentina "ratifies its legitimate and inalienable sovereignty over the Malvinas Islands, South Georgia and South Sandwich and the corresponding maritime and island spaces, being an integral part of national territory."
adds that "the recovery of these territories and the full exercise of sovereignty, respecting the way of life for its inhabitants and in accordance with the principles of international law, constitute a permanent and unwavering goal of the Argentine people. "
This provision is reinforced by the Argentine government in every international organization regional or who concurs, calling the United Kingdom to comply with his repeated call to resume negotiations on sovereignty in accordance with the resolutions and declarations of the UN and the OAS.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Argentina "rejects and objects British unilateral acts in the disputed area, which ignored the provisional understandings under the sovereignty formula, "says Foreign Ministry to explain the Argentine government's official web page of that ministry.
The government of former President Nestor Kirchner and now Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner reaffirmed the state policy regarding the "Question Malvinas", favored seeking the resumption of negotiations and continued compliance with the provisional understandings under the formula of sovereignty.
In 2007, bilateral relations between Argentina and the United Kingdom were marked by Argentina's decision to cancel the agreement on oil cooperation, then Britain's intention to extend the exclusion zone in Antarctica.
Diplomatic ties were resumed in February 1990 from the Joint Declarations of Madrid in 1989 and 1990, which adopted a formula of safeguarding sovereignty and jurisdiction over the islands and the surrounding maritime areas, and various provisional understandings on practical issues related to the South Atlantic.
explains the Foreign Ministry, the understandings "refers to measures to promote mutual trust in military matters in order to avoid incidents, conservation of fishing resources, exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, air and sea communications between the Argentine mainland and islands and access Argentine passport holders to the islands.
are also referred to the "construction of an Argentine war memorial on the islands in 1982, information exchange on the outer delimitation of the continental shelf, carrying out a feasibility study on mine clearance in the Falkland Islands and analysis of place names.
