Virtual Training Program for Local Governments 2011 edition
The main objective of this program is to educate and train participants from a multidisciplinary perspective, offering concrete tools , enhancing knowledge, attitudes and values \u200b\u200bthat enable them to optimize their job performance, prioritizing and enhancement of the public. For 2011 provides for the implementation of six courses in different subject areas: Local and Network development, public safety, economics for non-economists, technical parliamentary and legislative and local and regional management of risk.
Audience: this program is aimed primarily at people who are performing in different areas of governance (local, regional or provincial). They may also engage leaders of social organizations, professionals and university students in fields related to the topic. The Provincial Municipal Training Institute, in cooperation with Konrad Adenauer Foundation and ACEP will award forty (40) scholarships for each of the courses.
dictation Methodology: Courses will be conducted entirely by remote virtual campus platform Civil Association People's Study-ACEP-(http://www.acep.org.ar/campus/) and have one month in duration. Each course will be through the publication of material required for the two theoretical modules of the course, from this material, participants must complete a practical application and a final evaluation on-line.
Evaluation Mechanisms: Each course provides two moments during her evaluation.
a) An individual practical work participants made and sent by email as scheduled.
b) A final work is done online in the Virtual Campus of ACEP, which will make each student individually, on the due date.
Registration:
Registration must be made by submitting the scholarship application form by email to Incama - incam.secretaria @ gmail.com - or in person at the office of Incama Rivera Indarte 33, 3 floor and before the closing date of announcement, according to the timetable established by the Provincial Institute Municipal Training and ACEP.
Depending on the selection criteria apply to the Academic Committee and the number of places available, the list of scholarship recipients will be notified by email and published on the websites of Incama and ACEP.
