1) approve admission to the RAPP municipalities and institutions during 2010 did get the note application income, namely : Corrientes (Corrientes), Bella Vista (Corrientes), Reconquista (Santa Fe), Avellaneda (Buenos Aires), Quilmes (Buenos Aires), San Carlos de Bariloche (Black River), Mesa de Concertación Local de Bariloche (Black River), Unquillo (Córdoba), Berisso (Buenos Aires), Cañada de Gómez (Santa Fe), Comodoro Rivadavia (Chubut) and Venado Tuerto (Santa Fe).

2) Set a date of IV National Meeting of PB 11 and November 12, 2011 .
3) Proceed with the amendment of the Statute, which extended the mandate of the elected authorities of the Board present at the Assembly (Necochea, Morón and Cordoba) in order that these, together with the Parliamentary Relations Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs of the Ministry of Interior, made a statutory reform proposal, which must be forwarded to the members of RAPP on March 1, 2011, and treated in Extraordinary Session to be held on April 30, 2011 at the headquarters of Cabinet of Ministers, located at Avenida Julio A. Roca 782, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

4) Proceed to choose l to host the IV ENPP at the Extraordinary Meeting of April 30, 2011.

5) The Assembly presented the nominations of Municipalities and Party Corrientes Costa to be headquarters of the IV National Meeting on Participatory Budgeting.
