The end could not be otherwise. The maintenance worker was humiliated, crushed, and ended with beating his boss to respect their personal dignity, which meant his immediate dismissal.

This is something that gives rise to challenging thoughts, leading to a theoretical review of all matters relating to staff motivation, looking for a person psychologically prepared to face these realities "so cruelly real" (pardon the redundancy intentional) because even when heads as described here, do not motivate the employee, is that a maximum of organizational psychology is that "every employee should act motivated," and in this case, lack of motivation happens to be supplemented by personal mysticism, the which drives you to always give the best and not worth the head. And I say this because I have a passion for impacting positively to my readers, provided planting the seed of the best and most useful tips for self-development and personal growth.
